Job Summary : Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation..

· Motivate the team to achieve the goals.
· Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasts using CRM software.
· Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand professional networks.
· Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
Preferably from Metal Industry( Metal recycling)/ Metal Manufacturing.
