Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Sector 58, Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

Drive revenue growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals

- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos to pitch solutions

- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, contracts, and onboarding

- Maintain sales pipeline and reports in CRM

Requirements

- 6 months -3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Target-driven with ability to work under pressure

- Willing to work from Sector 58, Noid
