Responsibilities :-

Handle outbound clients calls.
Explain project details and answer clients queries.
Schedule site visits for interested clients.
Follow up with prospective customers to maintain engagement.
Update lead status and customer details in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and closures.
Prepare daily call reports and maintain sales records.
Support lead generation and clients relationship management.
