Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, networking, and referrals.

· Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with founders, business owners, and decision-makers.

· Understand client hiring and business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.

· Present the company's services and prepare proposals and commercial documents.

· Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM.

· Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

· Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.

· Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

· Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business events.

· Achieve individual and team business development goals.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

· 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, consulting, or related roles.

· Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

· Confident in client-facing interactions and presentations.

· Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

· Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

· Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is an advantage.
