Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Business Development Executive who will be the first face of Veshmn for our leads. Your primary job is to build trust with prospective clients, explain the value of our Construction Kit, and close the deal. You will manage client conversations over phone, video calls, and in-person meetings (when needed). You’ll use your technical knowledge as your "secret weapon" to build trust, but your primary metric of success will be Revenue Generated.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Communication: Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients (inbound leads) via phone, WhatsApp, and video calls.
Product Presentation: Deliver a compelling first-level presentation of the Veshmn Construction Kit and its value.
Lead Conversion: Nurture leads, handle objections, and convert them into paid clients.
CRM & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in Google Sheets or CRM.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the design and operations team for handover post-conversion.
Who Should Apply
Must-Haves
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
A degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. You need to understand the "bones" of a building to sell the vision.
Confidence in explaining technical or product information to laymen
Good digital literacy – ability to use Google Sheets, Docs, basic tools on a laptop
Strong persuasive ability and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel locally for client visits (if needed)
Good-to-Have (Bonus)
Background in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Degree/Diploma)
Experience in real estate sales, construction, or similar consultative selling
Knowledge of Haryanvi (spoken) for better client connection in certain regions
