Ascens Buildcon is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth deal closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Knowledge of Gurugram real estate market is must.
