→ Wi-Fi reimbursement provided up to a fixed limit every month.

  • ✔ Support from TL & Senior Educators

Role Summary

This is a hardcore performance-oriented sales role where you will:

  • Handle incoming leads

  • Conduct program counselling

  • Close admissions

  • Work with TL to hit weekly revenue goals

  • Follow strict calling & reporting routines

  • Perform in a fast, target-driven environment

Only serious and ambitious candidates will be accepted.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Lead Handling

  • Call 50–80 leads every day

  • Explain our program modules, benefits, outcomes

  • Understand customer pain points

  • Suggest the right plan

  • Build trust through structured conversation

2. Sales & Closing

  • Handle objections

  • Convince indecisive prospects

  • Push for conversion ethically

  • Work closely with Team Leader

  • Close payments using defined sales scripts

  • Maintain a positive conversion ratio

3. Reporting

  • Daily Google Meet supervision with TL

  • Daily CRM updates

  • Daily closing submissions

  • Follow 7 PM reporting rule

  • Attend weekly training sessions

Who We Want - MUST HAVE (MANDATORY)

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of REAL sales experience

  • (preferred: edtech, fantasy gaming, BPO sales, fintech sales)

  • Working laptop

  • Stable Wi-Fi broadband (reimbursed partially)

  • Smartphone (Android/iOS)

  • Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day

  • Fluent in Hindi or regional language

  • Comfortable in performance pressure

  • Ambitious + target-driven

  • Ability to think on feet and handle objections
