We are expanding our team and looking for passionate Business Development Executives who can contribute to our growth by building strong client relationships and driving sales success.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through multiple channels.
Present, promote, and sell products to potential clients with confidence.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring smooth execution of orders.
Create and deliver impactful presentations and product pitches.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Experience: 1–4 years in Sales/Business Development (Food/B2B industry preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify leads, generate opportunities, and close deals independently.
Proficiency in Lead Generation, MS Excel, and Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment.
