Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth for our Broadcast and Media Technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
• Promote and sell Skywire Broadcast products and solutions including Encoders, Decoders, IRDs, IPTV Solutions, OTT Solutions, Video Streaming Solutions, RF Transmitters, and Broadcast Equipment.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations both online and offline.
• Develop and maintain relationships with broadcasters, cable operators, MSOs, IPTV providers, OTT platforms, and system integrators.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers for prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the broadcast industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales, Broadcast Sales, or Technology Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain solutions to customers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Broadcast Industry, IPTV, OTT, Streaming Technologies, Networking, or Video Delivery Solutions.
• Experience in handling enterprise or government clients.
• Existing industry contacts will be an added advantage.
