Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective learners through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand students' educational and career aspirations.
Recommend suitable academic programs based on learner needs
Explain course details, curriculum, certification, fees, and career opportunities
Manage the complete admission and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate CRM records and conduct regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly admission targets while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless learner onboarding.
