Job Description

We are hiring for Business Development (Pre-Sales) at Playto Labs — an early-stage, angel-funded startup by IIT Kanpur alumni, focused on making kids future-ready through play .

Job Role Includes:

Explain product details and benefits to customers

Contact and follow up with clients through calls, chats & emails

Qualify potential leads for the sales team

Keep customer records in the CRM system

Ready to work in night shift from the office

Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month during probation + variable incentives

Package after probation: ₹2.75 LPA + variable incentives
