Generate new business opportunities and meet monthly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with clients, banquet halls, hotels, and corporate partners.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, leads, and competitors.
Present and pitch Rutba Events’ services through proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of leads, client interactions, and closures using CRM tools.
Represent Rutba Events at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (event industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with ability to perform under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and social media tools is an advantage.
