Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and meet monthly sales targets.

• Build strong relationships with clients, banquet halls, hotels, and corporate partners.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, leads, and competitors.

• Present and pitch Rutba Events’ services through proposals, presentations, and negotiations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed records of leads, client interactions, and closures using CRM tools.

• Represent Rutba Events at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (event industry preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to perform under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and social media tools is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with Freshers.
