Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for lead generation and initial client engagement. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, connecting with them through professional platforms, fixing meetings, and supporting the sales process. Final presentations and deal closures will be handled by the internal team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads for the company through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
Identify and approach potential clients and companies
Design and implement basic marketing and lead generation strategies
Understand and assess customer needs
Fix meetings and coordinate with the internal sales/operations team
Assist in selling suitable insurance plans by sharing preliminary information
Collect and maintain client data and required documentation
Prepare basic reports and maintain records of leads and follow-ups
Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal teams
Skills & Requirements:
Experience or knowledge of lead generation, business development, or marketing
Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of insurance products (preferred)
Ability to maintain records and reports
Result-oriented and proactive approach
