Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and tools like ZoomInfo/Apollo
Prospect via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and meetings
Present proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals
Build long-term client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding
Track pipeline and performance using Excel/CRM tools
Utilize AI tools (if experienced) for outreach and follow-ups
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in FMCG, food industry, or hospitality business development (mandatory)
Strong corporate & HORECA network
Hands-on experience with lead generation tools
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Bonus: Experience with AI-driven sales automation
