We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Reachout Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating outreach campaigns, building strong business relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Execute reachout campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other digital channels.
Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine outreach strategies.
Maintain detailed records of communication and follow-up activities using CRM tools.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and reports.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any degree.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about sales.
Experience in B2B/B2C lead generation or outbound marketing.
Understanding of digital marketing and social media outreach.
Prior experience in a similar business development or sales role.
Number of qualified leads generated per month.
Conversion rate from outreach to sales.
Client retention and satisfaction rate.
Achievement of revenue and growth targets
