 Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching products or services, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. The role requires a mix of sales, communication, and strategic planning.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.

• Client Acquisition: Approach potential customers through calls, emails, or meetings.

• Sales Pitching: Present and promote products/services effectively to generate interest.

• Negotiation: Close deals and negotiate terms to maximize profits while meeting client needs.

• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

• Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance long-term client relationships.

• Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the company.

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience in sales or business development (varies by role level).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
