Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course/program inquiries.
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
Convert leads into admissions through regular follow-up and effective counseling.
Maintain records of student interactions and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments for enrollment formalities.
Participate in education fairs, webinars, and open house events.
Provide accurate and updated information about courses and admission timelines.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred: education, business, psychology, or related fields).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Sales-oriented mindset and target-driven attitude.
Prior experience in counseling or inside sales (preferred).
