About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive who can independently manage the complete government tendering process. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of public procurement portals, documentation, compliance, and bid management.
Key Responsibilities
• Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPP Portal, and State e-Procurement Portals.
• Prepare, verify, and submit tender documents within the stipulated timelines.
• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams to collect technical and commercial documents.
• Ensure compliance with tender eligibility criteria, specifications, and documentation requirements.
• Manage portal registrations, renewals, DSCs, EMDs, tender fees, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare commercial bids, BOQs, price comparisons, and supporting documents.
• Track tender status, corrigendums, bid openings, technical evaluations, and award notifications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams for post-award activities, including PO processing and contract execution.
• Maintain a database of submitted tenders, bid results, contracts, and customer information.
• Stay updated with GeM policies, government procurement guidelines, and changes in tendering procedures.
