Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to support B2B lead generation, outbound outreach, prospect qualification, meeting scheduling, and sales pipeline development for our Trade & Market Intelligence services.
The role offers direct exposure to internal teams of mid-sized companies, growth-oriented exporters, manufacturers, trading firms, and emerging businesses, along with opportunities to engage with founders, business heads, export teams, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
The candidate will work with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google Workspace, Google Meet, and Claude/AI tools for lead research, outreach support, prospect mapping, meeting scheduling, and sales pipeline preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Build targeted B2B lead lists and identify relevant decision-makers
Conduct LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, calls, and structured follow-ups
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and AI tools to support lead research and prospect mapping
Understand prospect requirements and qualify opportunities based on business need, urgency, decision authority, and strategic fit
Schedule discovery calls, show calls, and follow-up meetings through Google Calendar / Google Meet
Share company profiles, capability notes, and service information with interested prospects
Maintain CRM records, lead status updates, follow-up calendars, and weekly sales pipeline reports
Support the Founder in moving qualified opportunities toward sales conversations
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in B2B sales, business development, market research, consulting services, export services, logistics, industrial services, analytics, data services, or professional services will be preferred.
Requirements
3–4.5 years of B2B sales, business development, or lead generation experience
Strong spoken and written communication skills
Comfortable engaging with founders, senior decision-makers, internal teams of mid-sized companies, export teams, procurement teams, and growth-oriented exporters
Experience with outbound outreach, follow-ups, CRM tracking, and online meeting coordination
Comfortable using or learning tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google Workspace, Google Meet, Claude, and other AI-enabled sales/research tools
Organised, self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
Prior experience selling professional or service-based solutions will be preferred
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month
Performance Incentives: 5–10% on eligible collected revenue, based on role contribution and deal type
