Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through B2B/B2C channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and admission/sales targets.

  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and handle client negotiations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to drive business goals.

  • Maintain accurate records of lead follow-ups, pipeline, and closures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales (B2B or B2C).

  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in EdTech / Healthcare / IT sales (customize as needed).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
