We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive with experience in handling international clients to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from international markets.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and calls.

  • Handle client communication, requirements gathering, and negotiations effectively.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Manage CRM tools and maintain accurate records of leads and deals.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or client handling for international markets, is preferred.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.

  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

  • Familiarity with IT services, digital marketing, or web development is preferred.
