• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, references, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
• Promote the companys products and solutions including CCTV, networking, IT infrastructure, and security solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate customers, and channel partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposal submissions and closures.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the operations and technical team for smooth project execution and customer support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
