Key Sales Responsibilities

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Team Coaching: Train frontline staff and counselors on product knowledge and sales closing skills.
Data Tracking: Monitor daily sales, cost per lead, and conversion rates using this basic formula:
