Business Development Associate – Royalty Program (Ambassador Onboarding)
Department: Business Development | Reports to: Business Development Team Lead
We are hiring dynamic and target-driven Business Development Associates to join our mission of onboarding ambassadors into the Malgopay Royalty Program. In this program, ambassadors contribute a fixed amount for a 3-year term, receive revenue-based returns, and have their principal fully refunded at the end of the term.
You will engage with hot leads (already interested individuals), resolve their queries, and guide them through the onboarding process—all under the support and guidance of the Team Lead. You’ll be part of a high-performing team of 6, with a collective target to onboard 200 ambassadors in 3 months.
High performers will be fast-tracked to senior roles as we transition to our next growth phase of converting users into premium subscribers.
Follow up with hot leads and convert them into Project Ambassadors
Explain the 3-year contribution model, revenue-sharing benefits, and refund process
Address objections or concerns confidently, with the support of the Team Lead
Maintain proper CRM documentation and lead progress tracking
Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets
Deliver an excellent onboarding experience to every ambassador
Minimum 1 year of telesales, inside sales, or outbound calling experience
Strong communication in English and at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada)
Comfortable working with sales targets and CRM tools
Confident in explaining financial/revenue models over calls
Energetic, self-driven, and team-oriented
5 Days from Office (Monday to Friday)
