We’re hiring a Training & Quality (T&Q) Assistant Manager to support our Sales BPO operations. This role involves designing and executing training programs, conducting quality audits, managing a team of quality analysts, and driving performance improvements in alignment with business goals.

You will play a key role in ensuring consistent data quality, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and supporting daily operations.

Support admin tasks for the Sales BPO team

✅ Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (minimum)

1–2 years of experience in a T&Q role

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Strong analytical and communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Experience with client interaction is a plus
