1.A Reputed company in the chemical industry, is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our Santacruz team.
2.The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
3.Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients is essential for this role.
4.Understanding client requirements and offering suitable chemical products and solutions accordingly.
5.Conducting client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
6.Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
7.Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities.
8.Staying updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the chemical sector.
9.Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
10.Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis regularly.
11.Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
12.The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
13.A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales is required.
14.The candidate must have completed graduation from a recognized university.
15.The offered salary ranges between ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month depending on experience and performance.
