Job Description

 Actively promote and sell courses to prospective students.

Inside Sales Responsibilities:

 Manage inbound and outbound calls and assess the needs of prospective students.

 Conduct phone calls and zoom to discuss course offerings and answer questions.

 Develop tailored solutions for clients based on their educational goals and interests.

 Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activity.

 Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into

enrolments.

Customer Relationship Management:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with students and educational institutions.

 Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the enrolment process.

Market Research and Insights:

 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings in the Edutech space.

 Gather feedback from students and prospects to inform product development and

marketing strategies.

Sales Reporting:

 Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

 Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
