Sales and Business Development:
· Promote and sell a wide range of electrical products including but not limited to cables, lugs, glands, jointing kits, earthing material, and pipes.
· Identify and target new potential customers through market research, cold calls, emails, and networking.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
· Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
· Lead generation: On India mart, Company website, Amazon and other online platforms etc.
Product Knowledge:
· Stay updated with product specifications and features to effectively communicate technical details to clients.
· Provide demonstrations, product presentations, and respond to customer inquiries about products.
Estimation and Sales Order Creation:
· Prepare accurate estimates and quotations based on client requirements.
· Assist in negotiating pricing and terms of sale to close deals effectively.
· Generate and manage sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
CRM & MIS Reporting:
· Creating opportunities and deals
· Maintain and update the CRM system regularly, ensuring all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progressions are documented.
· Track leads, opportunities, and customer follow-ups through CRM.
· Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
Team Collaboration
· Working with other departments and ensuring timely transactions are completed
· Sorting bottlenecks by understanding the challenges with logical approach
· Forecasting the problems and keeping prepared for the challenges
· Payment follow-up
· Ensuring Estimate to Payment cycle with customer
· Securing timely payment from customer
Qualification:
✅ Minimum Required:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
✅ Preferred:
MBA in Marketing or Sales
Working Conditions:
Office timings: 10am to 7pm
