Online Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

• Coordinate with inventory, design, and content teams to ensure accurate and appealing product information.

• Monitor online sales performance and provide weekly/monthly reports on KPIs (conversion rates, traffic, AOV, etc.).

• Support promotional campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.

• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and product opportunities.

• Ensure all digital assets meet brand and platform standards.

• Handle customer inquiries and issues related to online orders and returns.

• Optimize product pages using SEO best practices to improve search visibility and rankings.

• Collaborate with marketing to align e-commerce efforts with digital advertising and email campaigns.
