We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth through effective communication and negotiation.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, etc.)
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client information.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Experience in IT/Staffing/Recruitment industry will be an added advantage.
