We are seeking highly motivated and customer-centric International Travel Process Executives to handle inbound/outbound calls, convert booking inquiries, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience. Candidates with excellent English communication skills and a passion for the travel industry are encouraged to apply.
Manage inbound and outbound calls for car rental & hotel reservation bookings
Provide customers with accurate pricing, availability, and booking assistance
Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations and meet performance targets
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Resolve customer issues and follow escalation procedures when needed
Update booking information accurately in the system and maintain documentation
Collaborate with team leads to improve call performance and sales conversions
Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
Language: English (Preferred – must be fluent & confident in speaking)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer and multitasking ability
Willingness to work in night shift
Travel / BPO / Customer Service experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
Ability to handle sales pressure and achieve target
💼 Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on interview & experience)
