Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Engagement:

  Identify and engage potential clients through various digital channels, social media, emails, and video calls. 

• Sales Strategy & Execution:

  Develop and execute strategies to sell digital products and services, customizing solutions to meet client needs. 

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service. 

• Market Research & Analysis:

  Conduct market research to understand client needs, identify growth opportunities, and stay updated on industry trends and competitors. 

• Collaboration:

  Work with marketing teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals, and with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

• Sales Performance & Reporting:

  Achieve sales targets, analyze digital sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports on sales performance. 

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital media platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems. 

• Communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively convey value to clients. 

• Sales Acumen: Expertise in negotiation, closing deals, and identifying client needs. 

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and use it to optimize sales strategies. 

• Business Acumen: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required, along with an understanding of digital transformation.
