Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic BD cum Client Servicing Executive with experience in government alignment projects and institutional business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships (especially government departments), and ensuring smooth execution of media and communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

·       Identify, pitch, and acquire new business opportunities within government and PSU sectors.

·       Maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal creative/digital teams.

·       Coordinate with government departments for tenders, empanelments, and project execution.

·       Prepare business proposals, RFP responses, and presentations in coordination with management.

·       Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.

·       Support campaign execution across PR, advertising, and digital platforms.

·       Regularly follow up on billing, documentation, and reporting requirements.

·       Contribute to revenue growth through strategic partnerships and repeat business opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies

·       Strong understanding of government media/communication ecosystem.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).

·       Client handling and coordination experience within government/PSU projects.

·       Proposal drafting, tender documentation, and presentation creation proficiency.

·       Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work collaboratively with internal teams.

·       Strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving aptitude.

Qualifications

·       Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

·       2–3 years of experience in business development and client servicing, preferably with advertising, PR, or communication agencies handling government clients.
