Job Title: Visa Counselor

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Visa Counselor to guide clients through the immigration and visa application process. The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients, assessing profiles, and ensuring smooth documentation and application submission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Counseling

• Provide professional guidance to clients regarding study visa, work visa, PR, tourist visa and other immigration pathways.

• Assess client profiles and suggest suitable countries and visa options.

• Explain immigration rules, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly.

2. Lead Handling & Conversion

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into registered clients.

• Maintain high conversion ratio and achieve monthly targets.

3. Documentation & Application Process

• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa documentation.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of application forms.

• Coordinate with documentation team for file processing.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients.

• Provide updates regarding visa processing and timelines.

• Build long-term relationships and generate referrals.

5. Compliance & Knowledge Update

• Stay updated with immigration policies and visa rules.

• Maintain confidentiality of client data.

• Follow company SOPs and ethical sales practices.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Sales and target-oriented approach

• Good knowledge of immigration/visa processes

• Strong documentation and coordination skills

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Qualification

• 12th/Graduate in any discipline

• Experience: 1–5years in Immigration / Visa Counseling.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
