LIVXS by SHIVA RANA , We are a dynamic wedding planning company passionate about creating unforgettable celebrations. To expand our reach and strengthen our network, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) who can proactively generate leads and build strong PR connections within the wedding ecosystem.
Lead Generation (Primary Role):
Proactively identify, reach out, and convert potential clients for wedding planning services.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and industry research.
PR & Relationship Building:
Develop and sustain strong relationships with wedding venues, banquet halls, hotels, and other industry vendors to secure regular lead flow.
Attend wedding exhibitions, fairs, and networking events to expand brand visibility.
Sales & Client Engagement:
Present company services confidently to prospective clients and partners.
Manage negotiations, proposals, and closing of contracts.
Market Development:
Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the wedding industry.
Work closely with the marketing team to create strategies for outreach and brand presence.
REQUIREMENTS -
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Hotel Management, Event Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations (preferably in weddings/events/hospitality).
Strong network within the wedding and hospitality industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
