Business Development Executive

We are looking for a business develop executive to join our team in Erayaa builders and developers.This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales. identifying leads, pitching sales or services,and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in -,hand salary of 15000-18000 along with performance based incentives and opportunities for carrier growth.

key Responsibilities

1. I dentify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels
2. present, promote and sell plots to the potential customers effectively
3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs
4. Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups
5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process
6. Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales target and identifying new opportunities for business growth.
7. Work closely with the sales team, Marketing team and other stakeholders to develop sales strategies marketing campaigns for product development .
8. Conduct Market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and customer preferences

Job requirements

The minimum qualification for this role is Intermediate and Degree...and Experience range is 0-1 year with strong communication skills, Customer centric approach, Cold calling, Generating Leads, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hind and Telugu if needed and Convincing the Customer...etc is an added advantage...
