### Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and client acquisition for our event agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, excellent communication skills, and a strong network in corporate or social event sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating with the internal teams to deliver successful events.

### Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

• Identify and approach potential clients in corporate, social, or public sectors.

• Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and attending industry events.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Convert leads into business opportunities and close deals.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Understand client needs and propose customized event solutions.

Proposal & Pitching:

• Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches to prospective clients.

• Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop proposals.

Market Research & Strategy:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

• Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings and strategy.

CRM & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred:

• Existing network in the event or corporate industry.

• Experience in pitching large-scale events (corporate, brand activations, conferences, etc.)

• Knowledge of event trends and marketing.
