Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Handling & Prospecting:

  • Leads will be provided in CRM with exact customer needs, Executive has to find the need and provide quotations, do follow-ups, close leads to sales.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies.

  • Relationship Management:

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new business inquiries.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

  • Market Intelligence:

  • Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

  • Provide insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.

  • Administrative & Reporting:

  • Accurately track all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using a CRM system .

  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of 2-5 years in a Business Development, Sales, or similar client-facing role, preferably in the B2B products selling sector

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.

  • Goal-oriented with a competitive, "hunter" mentality.
