About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our communication and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and align client needs with our services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and partnerships.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos.

  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and growth KPIs.

  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas.

  • Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and performance updates.


Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT/Telecom/Software/SaaS industries).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales pipelines, and lead management.

  • Target-driven, solution-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred / Good to Have:

  • Experience in B2B solutions, SaaS, or IT services.

  • Established network of contacts in relevant industries.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
