We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at at Anques Technolabs. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Executive / Business Development /
Assist in identifying new business opportunities through various lead-generation methods (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, etc.)
Contact potential clients via calls, emails, or social platforms to establish rapport and set up meetings
Conduct discovery calls and initial qualification of leads
Maintain a CRM system to manage leads, follow-ups, and client interactions
Schedule and participate in client meetings with the sales team or senior management
Prepare and present sales materials, proposals, and follow-up documentation
Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams for pitch alignment
Provide regular reports on sales activities and lead status
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic understanding of IT services and solutions (training will be provided)
Comfortable making calls and engaging with clients across industries
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
Prior internship or experience in sales or business development
Understanding of B2B sales cycles
