Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

2. Online Bidding & Proposal Writing:
● Create and manage accounts on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
● Write effective proposals, cover letters, and business pitches to win projects.
● Participate in online bidding processes to secure IT projects.
● Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.
3. Sales & Business Development:
● Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
● Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's
reach.
● Maintain a database of leads, track sales progress, and generate reports.
4. Communication & Relationship Management:
● Engage with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
● Follow up with leads and maintain professional client relationships.
● Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project timelines with clients.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
● Coordinate with the technical and project management teams to ensure smooth
project execution.
