Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, emails, social media, and networking.

• Promote the company’s investment advisory services including equity research, trading calls, and portfolio management.

• Understand client needs and explain how our advisory services align with their investment goals.

• Schedule meetings with potential clients, deliver presentations, and convert leads into paying customers.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high client retention through ongoing support and engagement.

• Collaborate with the research and sales teams to align product offerings with client feedback.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Good understanding of stock markets, trading, and investment advisory services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Knowledge of SEBI regulations and financial products is a plus.

Preferred:

• Experience in a stock market advisory, brokerage, or financial services firm.

• Certification in NISM or relevant finance domain (optional but preferred).

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonuses
