Job Title: Business Development Executive – Offline Sales (Blaze T-Shirt Brand)

Location: Delhi (Field Work)

About Blaze:

Blaze is a youth-centric t-shirt brand offering stylish, high-quality, and affordable apparel online. We are now expanding into the offline retail market and looking for dynamic individuals who can help us place our products in retail shops and build strong partnerships across Delhi.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit retail clothing shops, fashion stores, and multi-brand outlets in assigned areas of Delhi.

  • Introduce the Blaze brand, showcase product samples, and explain pricing, margins, and benefits.

  • Convince store owners/managers to stock Blaze t-shirts and take initial orders.

  • Build long-term relationships with retailers for repeat orders and brand visibility.

  • Collect feedback from shop owners and report it to the company.

  • Identify new retail opportunities and strategize territory-wise expansion.

  • Meet monthly targets for store onboarding and order volumes.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably in apparel/fashion.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Presentable personality and confident in in-person interactions.

  • Ability to travel extensively within Delhi.

  • Passionate about fashion, streetwear, or youth brands is a plus.
