
Designation - Business Development Executive
Experience - 1-2 years in Sales
Location - Gurgaon, Haryana
Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential clients and decision-makers.( CFOs, CHROs, HR heads, L&D heads etc.)
Work on given leads as well as generate new leads through research and networking.
Present and pitch BYLD’s products and services effectively to clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall business goals.
Maintain CRM records and report progress on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
A passion for sales and the desire to build a long-term career in business development.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner.
Prior experience in dealing with corporate clients or decision-makers is a plus
