We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation and client acquisition for Apnabusinez.com. The role involves prospecting, outreach, and scheduling qualified meetings with CXOs/decision-makers. The right candidate will be proactive, disciplined, and performance-driven with proven B2B sales experience in service industries.
Build and maintain a B2B client database across target sectors.
Generate leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Achieve daily targets: 50 calls, 20 emails, 5 LinkedIn connects.
Schedule qualified one-to-one meetings for Sales Head/Manager.
Track and update CRM records, ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage meeting calendar and share weekly reports.
Meetings Scheduled: Freelance – 5/week | Inhouse – 8–10/week.
Lead Quality: 30% meetings converting to opportunities.
CRM Accuracy: 100% updates and follow-ups logged.
Graduate/MBA preferred, with 5–7 years in B2B business development.
Prior experience in service-based industry sales (finance, consulting, IT, HR, compliance).
Strong ability to engage CXO-level professionals.
Tech-savvy with CRM, MS Office, LinkedIn.
Inhouse: ₹2 – 3 LPA + Pre-conversion bonus.
Freelance: ₹1,000 per qualified meeting booked + Pre-conversion bonus.
