Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services. Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, networking, and referrals. Schedule and conduct meetings with HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and business decision-makers. Understand clients' hiring requirements and offer customized recruitment solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Coordinate with the recruitment team for smooth delivery of hiring requirements. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM or Excel. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in an HR Consultancy, Recruitment Agency, or Staffing Company. Strong B2B sales and client acquisition skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship management. Good understanding of recruitment and staffing services. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
