Business Development Executive – Architecture & Interior Design
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Nestwise.studio, a growing Architecture, Interior Design & Turnkey Execution firm. The role focuses on generating new business, acquiring clients, promoting our design and execution services, and achieving revenue targets. The position offers ₹35,000–₹50,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new residential and commercial project opportunities in the market.
Generate leads and build strong, professional relationships with potential clients.
Promote our Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization and Turnkey Execution services according to client requirements.
Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, prepare proposals and effectively close deals.
Collaborate with architects, designers and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover and client experience.
Monitor market trends, competitors and provide regular business insights to the management team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in client meetings, lead generation and the ability to close deals effectively are essential for this role.
