Politely greet and assist customers with ice cream orders.
Suggest popular flavors, combos, or Veerji’s special dessert offerings.
Handle customized requests (e.g., extra toppings, mix flavors) with accuracy.
Serve scoops, sundaes, and pre-packed cups as per standard portion sizes.
Operate ice cream freezers and topping stations properly.
Maintain the right consistency and temperature of all ice cream items.
Coordinate with the cashier or take payment (if a separate dessert counter is used).
Communicate dessert order KOTs clearly with the billing and kitchen staff when required.
Ensure scoops, utensils, and counters are cleaned regularly.
Wear gloves, apron, and cap while serving as per FSSAI safety norms.
Follow end-of-day cleaning procedures for the freezer and prep zone.
Monitor stock of ice cream tubs, toppings, cones, cups, and dry ice.
Notify the store manager for restocking needs in advance.
Help in receiving and storing dessert inventory safely.
Assist floor staff or servers during rush hours.
Communicate low stock, customer feedback, or unusual issues with the manager.
