Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote and sell our products or services. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
Handle customer objections, questions, and complaints in a professional manner.
Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM software.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge and market trends.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve sales strategy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in Hindi/English/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam/Marathi/Gujarati.
