🔹 Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Property Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, and closing property sales in residential and commercial projects.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate leads through various channels – field activity, digital platforms, and referrals
✅ Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options
✅ Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers
✅ Build strong client relationships and follow up consistently
✅ Negotiate deals and assist clients through the booking process
✅ Maintain daily reports of calls, meetings, and site visits
✅ Coordinate with developers, CRM teams, and internal departments


🔹 Candidate Requirements:

📌 Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate or direct sales
📌 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
📌 Energetic and target-driven approach
📌 Must have a two-wheeler with valid license (fuel allowance provided)
📌 Willing to travel across Delhi NCR for client meetings and visits


💰 Compensation:

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives based on performance
